By purchasing a vehicle from Pinnacle Prestige Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
Used Vehicle Condition
All vehicles sold by Pinnacle Prestige Ltd are used vehicles and will show general signs of wear and tear consistent with their age, mileage, and usage. This may include, but is not limited to, light scratches, small dents, minor interior wear, or cosmetic imperfections.
These items are considered reasonable wear and tear and are not deemed to make a vehicle unsatisfactory under consumer law.
Vehicle Description and Disclosures
We make every effort to provide accurate and honest descriptions of our vehicles.
Any known major mechanical or structural defects will be disclosed prior to sale and/or stated in the vehicle’s advertisement.
Buyers are encouraged to review all descriptions, invoices, and supporting documentation before purchase.
Inspections and Test Drives
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect, and test drive the vehicle before completing a purchase.
Buyers may also arrange for an independent inspection or mechanic’s report at their own expense prior to purchase.
By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer accepts the vehicle’s condition as inspected.
Consumer Rights
As a UK registered motor trader, Pinnacle Prestige Ltd complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This means:
· Vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
· Customers have a short-term right to reject (within 30 days of purchase) if the vehicle fails to meet these standards.
· After 30 days, the buyer may request a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a partial refund or price reduction may apply.
These statutory rights cannot be excluded or restricted.
Alternative Dispute Resolution - The Motor Ombudsman
Pinnacle Prestige Ltd is committed to resolving complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, customers may refer their complaint to The Motor Ombudsman, a government-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider for the automotive sector.

Warranties
All vehicles are sold without a standard after-sale warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.
However, Pinnacle Prestige Ltd now offers optional extended warranty packages through our trusted partner, Warranty First.
Buyers may choose to purchase a warranty for additional peace of mind at the time of sale. Please ask for details of available packages.
Legal Ownership Transfer
Ownership of the vehicle transfers upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of the V5C/logbook transfer.
From that point, the buyer is responsible for the vehicle’s ongoing insurance, maintenance, repairs, and roadworthiness.
Agreement
By completing a purchase with Pinnacle Prestige Ltd, the buyer confirms they have:
· Read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
· Had the opportunity to inspect and test drive the vehicle or arrange independent inspection.
· Accepted the vehicle in the condition presented at the point of sale, subject to their statutory rights.
